摘    要:介绍了尖—平板间隙SF_6—人造空气的正极性冲击击穿电压特性.实验和分析表明:在SF_6—N_2—O_2混合气体中,各气体组分之间存在正协同作用,且这种协同作用与冲击电压的波头时间有关.

Abstract:The positive impules breakwown voltage of SF6 - artificial air mixture in a pin-plane gap is reported in this paper. Tests showed that optimal air content in the SF6-artificial air mixture was around 20% when the total gas pres-sure was 0.1, 0. 2 or 0. 3MPa. By varing the ratio of N2 and O2 in the mixture con-taining 90% SF6, the highest breakdown voltage under 2/500 μs impulse was ob-served in the case of 5% N2 plus 5% O2. The further investigations indicated that the maximum breakdown strength is ascribed to the best synergism of O2 and N2 acting together with SF6, and this effect is related to the wavefront time of the ap-plied impulse voltage.
