摘    要:采用臭氧、活性炭、活性炭一臭氧法对染色残液进行脱色试验,研究温度和pH值等因素对脱色效果的影响。通臭氧很短时间即可使弱酸性染料染色残液脱色率达100%;活性炭-臭氧方法有助于提高CODcr去除率可达(92%),对色度的去除率也接近100%。此外,活性炭一臭氧法可以提高臭氧的利用率。

Abstract:With several methods of ozone, active and active carbon-ozone, the decolorizing trials of dyeing residue were carried out. The influence of temperature and pH value on decolorizing results was researched, and decolorizing effects of these methods were compared. Through ozone, the decolorizing rate of weak acid dyes residue can be reached 100% within short time. With active carbon-ozone method, the removal rate of CODCr can be increased from 37% to 92%, and the removal rate of color is closed to 100%. In addition, active carbon-ozone method can increase the utilization rate of ozone.
