由单位载荷变形判定钻机井架的承载能力

为了确保在用钻机井架的安全服役，须对其承载能力加以判定。鉴于目前尚无理想的方法可供采用，特在理论分析及对井架变形、刚度和单位载荷变形进行实测并在综合考虑钻机井架各种缺陷、损伤对承载能力影响的基础上，提出了一种用单位载荷变形判定井架承载能力的新方法。实践表明，这种方法便于在钻井现场实施。

Determining Load Capacity of Drilling Derrick by Deformation Under Unit Load

TO ensure the safety of a drilling derrick on the job,it is necessary to determine its actual load capacity at present.Based on theoretical analysis and field test of the derrick's deformation, rigidity and deformation under unit load, and considering synthetically the effects of various defects and damage on the load capacity of the derrick, the authors recommand determining the derrick's load capacity by its deformation under unit load.Practice shows this method is convenient to carrying out oil tile drilling site.
