二次平衡游梁式抽油机的设计及应用分析

摘    要:二次平衡游梁式抽油机的结构是在常规型或偏置式游梁抽油机的基础上增加了与主曲柄直接联动的可调相二次平衡装置,并采用链传动,使大链轮的齿数为小链轮的两倍。通过受力分析,对所涉及的零部件选择、新机型设计以及老机型改造等问题作了阐述,并介绍了优化设计方法。对样机测试的结果表明,与前置式抽油机相比,扭矩降低36%,配套电动机功率减少了27%,节约钢材42%;与后置式抽油机相比,扭矩降低了48%,配套电动机功率减少了约50%。

Abstract:A secondary balancing device is installed on a conventional or offset beam pumping unit, joined directly with the main crank and phase-adjustable. Problems with the selection of relative component parts, design of unit and reform of old unit are discussed, and the method for optimum design is introduced. Test of prototype shows, compared with that of front-mounted pumping unit, the torque of the new unit is reduced by 36%, the required power of electric motor decreased by 27%, and the steel consumption cut down by 42% ; while compared with that of the rear-mounted pumping unit, the torque reduced by 48%, and the required power decreased by about 50%.
