单牙轮钻头传动比测试与分析

摘    要:单牙轮钻头的牙轮转速与钻头转速之比(传动比)是研究和设计钻头的重要参数。笔者在钻头试验台架上测试了单牙轮钻头的传动比。为了解不同轴倾角β对传动比的影响,分别设计了具有15°、30°和45°轴倾角的牙爪,并作了测试与分析,获得了单牙轮钻头传动比的一些规律。由实验获知,轴倾角β和岩石性质等对传动比均有影响,还证实了单牙轮钻头传动比i始终小于1,此特点为研制与井下动力钻具相匹配的钻头提供了新的途径。

Abstract:The transmission ratio (cone/bit rotary speed ratio) of a mono-cone bit was tested on the bit test stand. To recognize the influence of the journal angle on the transmission ratio, bit legs with 15° 30°and 45°journal angle were respectively designed and tested, and some regularity of the transmission ratio of mono-cone bit was obtained. It was known from the test that both the journal angle and the rock character have effects on the transmission ratio, and it is always less than 1.
