油井产液除砂旋流器试验研究

摘    要:在大罐中自然沉降的除砂方法已不能适应油井产液除砂的要求。为更新油井产液除砂装置,尝试用旋流器来为油井产液除砂。油井产液除砂旋流器与钻井液除砂旋流器虽然工作原理和用途都基本相同,但由于油井产液的粘度及国相粒度分布的特点,油井产液除砂旋流器的设计必须建立在试验的基础上。通过试验,分析了旋流器的分离效率和底流口砂液含砂浓度与旋流器的水力参数和几何参数的关系,并得出了结论:旋流器用于油井产液除砂是可行的;提高分离效率和底流口合砂浓度的途径是降低油井产液粘度,适当提高旋流器进液压力,适当减小底流口直径,改善底流口结构。

Abstract:The cyclone was tried for removing sand from well fluid.By means of test, the separating efficiency of the cyclone and the relation between the sand concentration Of the sand fluid at the bottom outlet and the hydraulic and geometric parameters of the cyclone are analyzed, and it is concluded that it is feasible to use cyclones to remove sand from well fluid, and the approaches to improving the separating efficiency and increasing the sand concentration of the sand fluid at the bottom outlet include reducing the viscosity of the well fluid,increasing the inlet pressure of the cyclone,decreasing the diameter of the bottom outlet and modifying the structure of the bottom outlet.
