往复泵泵阀运动规律的建模与仿真

摘    要:建立了往复泵泵阀运动规律的数学模型。该模型解决了泵阀在开启和关闭阶段升程为零的方程奇点问题,并能对泵阀在不同工作条件下的不同开启方式进行描述.因而这种泵阀运动规律的数学模型更加完整和接近实际。此外编制了泵阀运动规律的仿真程序,并分别对F800钻井泵泵阀和3NB—1300钻井泵泵阀进行了仿真试验。最后比较了同等条件下的仿真与实测结果,二者基本一致

Abstract:A mathematic model for the valve motion on reciprocating pumps was established'The model solves the problem of the singular point of the motion equation at lift zero of the valves,and can describe the different opening modes of the valves under different working conditions.The simulation program for the valve motion was developed,and simulation tests were carried out on the valves of both Model F800 and Madel 3NB-1300 drill pumps.A comparison between the simulation result and the measured data was made,and the result shows they are identical.
