平板闸阀防腐蚀防擦伤试验

摘    要:对平板闸阀闸板和阀座的传统材料与耐磨耐蚀的热喷涂涂层材料进行了盐酸腐蚀对比试验、硫化氢腐蚀对比试验、不同比压下的摩擦对比试验和700平板闸阀台架模拟试验,并用扫描电镜对摩擦表面进行形貌观察和分析。试验结果表明,采用热喷涂技术喷焊镍基自熔合金,其涂层的耐盐酸和耐硫化氢腐蚀的性能优于Cr13不锈钢和堆焊Co、Cr、W合金,而耐擦伤性能比后两者高3~4倍,适合于制作平板闸阀的闸板和阀座。设计油田用高压油密封平板闸阀时,推荐选取摩擦系数0.04较合适。

Abstract:The authors make a series of specimen tests of corrosion and abrasion on traditional materials and some abrasion- and corrosion-resistant thermal spray coatings for the gate and seats of non-wedging gate valves,as well as full-scale tests of the gate of 70MPa valve under simulated conditions. The appearances of the tested surfaces are investigated by scanning electron microscope.The test result shows that the corrosion-resistant ability of the thermal sprayed nickel-base self-fluking alloy coating is higher than that of Cr13 stainless steel and overlaid Co-Cr-W alloy, and its abrasion-resistant ability is 3-4 times higher than that of the latter two.Therefore this technique is satisfactory for making the gate and seats of non-wedging gate valves. In addition, the authors recommend selecting a friction coefficient of 0.04 in designing high-pressure oil-sealed nonwedging gate valves.
