大跨距K型伸缩井架及底座试验模型设计

在介绍大跨距Ｋ型伸缩井架及底座基本结构之后，应用相似理论，阐述了模化设计的理论和方法，以及用方程分析法求物理量相似比的基本方法。推导出模型与设计机型之间应力和应变的相似方程。指出在设计制造模型时应根据试验的不同要求，有所侧重地满足各参数的相似关系。着重分析了模型试验中忽略自重和工作绳作用力而产生应力误差的原因，并提出了解决误差的方法。最后介绍了井架的其他试验和底座的整拖试验。

Design of Test Model for K-Type Wide-Span Telescoping Derrick and Its Substructure

After an introduction of the design feature of the K-Type wide-span telescoping derrick and its substructure, using the principle of similitude, the author expounds the method for the modelling design of the derrick and its substructure and the procedure for solving the analogue ratio of physical quantities, works out the similar equations of stress and strain on the model and the real object designed, and points out that, in designing and making the model, stress should be put on the similar relation of certain parameters according to different test requirements. Then the author analyzes emphatically the stress errors under test resulting from neglect of dead weight of the model and the force of the working rope. and puts forward the method for eliminating these errors. In addition, the author introduces some other tests for the derrick and for integral hauling of the derrick and substructure.
