摘    要:炼铁厂每年多次发生因各种事故造成风机突然停风事故,严重的导致风口全部灌渣,为公司造成了一定的损失。不在同一供电线路上的两台风机间安装一套拨风系统,该套拨风系统可以有效的避免风机突然停风时高炉灌风口事故的发生。只要有效地拨风一次即可从避免事故的损失中把安装的两套总投资弥补回来。

Abstract:Many times each year because of all sorts of iron occur accident caused fan suddenly stop the wind accident,serious cause tuyere all irrigation slag,as the company has caused some damage.Not in the same power supply lines between two fan installed a dial the wind system,this set of dial the wind system can effectively avoid fan came to a sudden stop when the wind blast furnace tuyere filling the accident.As long as effectively dial the wind a times can avoid accident loss from the installation of the two sets of total investment up to come back.
