摘    要:以解决超短期输电阻塞管理为目的,考虑电力系统运行的实际要求,文中在对未来时刻系统运行状态预测的基础上利用灵敏度分析与线性规划提出了一种考虑机组功率升降约束的超短期输电阻塞管理模型及算法。该模型及算法针对电力系统的实际运行情况和机组的运行要求,采用了被电网调度人员广为采用的机组功率升降约束以避免机组有功的频繁变化,在消除电力系统输电阻塞管理的同时保护发电机组的安全及电网安全。实际运行时电网线路数很多,因此提出了约束线路的有效选择方法来减少约束线路数,通过减少约束线路集来减轻约束线路矩阵的维数以提高计算速度,及时消除阻塞。算法简洁、快速、实用。最后通过算例系统的计算,验证了所提算法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:This paper discusses short-term congestion management considering the actual operation constraint of the power system.Future power system operation status is predicted.Based on the sensitivity technique and linear program,congestion management method and algorithm,taking into account generating unit power up and down constraint is proposed.According to the practical operation requirements,the generator power change is restricted to vary not very often.The proposed method can guarantee both elimination of network transmission congestion and efficient protection of unit safety.The branch number of the studied power network may be great,however,the number of congested branches may be not great,an efficient linear program constrained branch selection criterion is proposed in order to speed up the calculation and make sure that the result is acceptable.Practical system application verifies the proposed method.
