摘    要:将PXI总线技术应用于火箭炮电传运动性能的检测,开发符合通用检测平台要求的专用检测设备,符合现代自动测试系统的发展方向。应用PXI总线平台对火箭炮电传运动性能进行在线检测,利用计算机控制技术检测高低角、方位角和动作时机是否正确;检测电传各运动区域的运动速度是否正常。当与角限位器修理相结合时,对角限位器的安装角进行检测和确定。较好地解决了以往人工检测时定位不准,运动速度检测不准的问题,方便了安装和整体调试,减小了检测时间。

Abstract:Development tendency of modern automatic test system is to apply PXI bus technology in electrical transmission motion characteristics test of rocket artillery, and to develop special test devices and equipments that meet requirements of general test platform. Electrical transmission motion characteristics of rocket artillery were tested on-line by means of PXI bus platform. Correct characteristics of elevation, azimuth angles and motion time were checked up by use of computer control technology. Combined with angle retainer reparation, assembly angle of angle retainer was tested and decided. The technology has resolved the problems of inaccuracy allocation of electrical transmission system and measuring error of movement velocity. The result showed that assembly and general adjustment are easy and convenient, and test time is decreased.
