杨树金矿低品位矿石开采可行性研究

摘    要:杨树金矿开采10多年来,采区内留有大量的低品位矿石。结合当前黄金市场和矿山技术经济状况及低品位矿石开采技术条件,寻求最佳经济效果的工业指标,重新确定表内表外矿量;利用统计学原理对近3年来的矿山生产实际指标进行统计分析,在浮选工艺稳定的前提下,分析入选品位、矿石性质及操作水平对选矿回收率的影响,从而研究出符合矿山实际的最佳配矿方式,使低品矿石得到充分利用。

Abstract:After 10 yearsmining,there are a lot of low-grade gold ore in the stopes of Yangshu gold mine.According to the current gold market,technical economy status and low-grade ore mining technical conditions,the industrial indices with the optimal economic benefits are chosen and the ore is classified again.The statistical analysis is carried out on production indices of the last 3 years.On the basis of stable floatation process,the influence of milling grade,ore property and operating level on ore dressing recovery percentage is analyzed.The best ore blending method is achieved and the low-grade ore can be made full use of.
