Abstract:The existing research lacks the analysis of the influence of deadline tension on the mechanical property of deadline anchor.In view of this,based on the static analysis of the JZG18 deadline anchor arm assembly,with the help of the finite element analysis software,aiming at the weak force position of the original model,the main structural parameters affecting the strength of it were extracted to perform orthogonal optimization,and the optimal structural parameters were determined as follows:the thickness of the sheave costal plate is 25?35 mm,the thickness of the sheave wall is 42-52 mm,the transition fillet radius of the sensor arm is 120?140 mm,and the thickness of the sensor arm is 40?50 mm.The four-factor-three-level orthogonal test method was used to analyze the mechanical property of the deadline anchor arm assembly under the maximum deadline tension.The results show that the main factors affecting the structural strength of the arm assembly are the thickness of the sheave costal plate,the thickness of the sheave wall,the transition fillet radius of the sensor arm and the thickness of the sensor arm in turn;the orthogonal optimization combination structure parameters at weak force position of the deadline anchor are:the thickness of the sheave costal plate is 35 mm,the thickness of the sheave wall is 52 mm,the transition fillet radius of the sensor arm is 120 mm,and the thickness of the sensor arm is 50 mm;and after optimization,the maximum equivalent stress of the deadline anchor arm assembly is 148.82 MPa,which is less than the allowable stress 156.67 MPa of the material,indicating that the mechanical property has been significantly enhanced.The research results can provide reference for the reasonable design and use of the deadline anchor arm assembly.
