Abstract:A large number of low resistivity reservoirs are developed in Neogene oil fields in Bohai Sea, and the genesis of low resistivity is complex. In order to solve the problem of poor calculation accuracy of traditional electrical saturation model, the genetic mechanism of low resistivity reservoir and the applicable saturation calculation method are studied. The results show the high irreducible water saturation caused by small pores in complex pore structure is an important factor in the formation of low resistivity reservoir. In view of the low resistivity reservoir caused by high irreducible water saturation, a calculation model based on nuclear magnetic dual porosity medium theory is established, which is suitable for saturation evaluation of high irreducible water and low resistivity reservoirs caused by pore structure. The application results show the fitting accuracy of petro-electric parameters of NMR(Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) dual pore medium model is higher and the calculated saturation is more accurate, which provides a new and effective method for saturation evaluation of low resistivity reservoirs in Neogene oilfields and similar oilfields in Bohai Sea.
