摘    要:抽油杆偏磨断脱是制约油田高效采油的关键因素。为节约采油成本,提高采油效率,提出一种新型防脱防偏磨装置。该装置兼具防偏磨、防脱扣、防砂卡和减阻的功能。通过杆柱受力分析、装置整体有限元分析与拉压试验和疲劳试验相结合,确定了中和点位置以及结构的安全可靠性,对扶正套外流场进行数值模拟分析,分析结果表明:流经扶正套的压力损失约为2.2 kPa;新型防脱防偏磨装置节流效应不大,压力损失小,能耗低,进一步验证了其过流能力。通过防偏磨试验和防脱扣试验确定了新型抽油杆防脱防偏磨装置工作性能的可靠性。新型防脱防偏磨装置能降低抽油杆柱的断脱率,可为相关设计和应用提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract:The eccentric wear and thread off of sucker rod are still the key factors for restricting the efficient oil production of an oilfield. In order to save oil recovery cost and improve oil recovery efficiency, a new type of anti-thread off and anti-eccentric wear device was proposed. The device has an integrated function of anti-eccentric wear, anti-thread off, anti-sanding in and drag reduction. By means of force analysis of roof bolt, overall finite element analysis of device, tension and compression test and fatigue test, the position of neutral point and the safety reliability of the structure were determined;moreover, numerical simulation analysis was conducted on the external flow field of the centralizer sleeve, proving small pressure loss and low energy consumption, and further verifying its flow capacity;and finally, anti-eccentric wear test and anti-thread off test were carried out, ascertaining the service behavior reliability of the new type of anti-thread off and anti-eccentric wear device of sucker rod. The new device can reduce the thread off rate of sucker rod string, which provide reference for application.
