卧式反应釜在湿法制砷工艺中的应用研究

摘    要:卧式釜连续加压浸出工艺目前多用于湿法炼锌、湿法炼钴等行业,在湿法制砷行业比较先进的是立式釜加压浸出工艺,还没有卧式釜连续加压浸出应用于湿法制砷领域。因此贵冶采用试验的方式对卧式釜连续加压浸出应用于湿法制砷进行了研究,并对进液量、风量等参数进行了研究,摸索出了最佳工艺条件,成功地将卧式釜新工艺应用于湿法制砷,非常具有推广价值。

Abstract:At present, the continuous pressure leaching process of horizontal reactor is mostly used in zinc hydrometallurgy, cobalt hydrometallurgy and other industries. The pressure leaching process of vertical reactor is more advanced in the wet arsenic production field. There is no horizontal reactor continuous pressure leaching applied in the field of wet arsenic production. Therefore, Guixi Smelter has studied the application of horizontal reactor continuous pressure leaching in wet arsenic production by experiment, studied the parameters such as liquid inlet volume and air volume, and found out the best process conditions. The new process of horizontal reactor has been successfully applied to wet arsenic production, which is of great popularization value.
