Abstract:In view of the huge amount of power data and the high requirement of processing timeliness in smart grid environment,5G edge computing is introduced into smart grid system.The task scheduling problem of smart grid based on 5G edge computing is studied,which can meet the requirement of grid task completion and minimize the cost.A heuristic task scheduling algorithm based on greedy strategy is proposed.Compared with the other two algorithms under various parameters including the number of input tasks,the size of transmission data and delay requirement,the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in saving costs is verified.Simulation results show that compared with the other two algorithms,this algorithm can reduce the cost by 50%and achieve excellent performance.
