煤层气L型井隔膜泵举升及配套技术研究

摘    要:针对国内外未见隔膜泵在煤层气田试验的现状,开展了煤层气井隔膜泵举升及配套工艺技术研究。分析了地面举升工艺的设计,介绍了关键技术组成,并在沁南盆地2口煤层气L型井中实现首次成功应用。该工艺中的井下三相分离装置不仅具有气液分离功能,还创新设计了沉砂功能,结合隔膜泵工作原理和特点,将沉砂功能设计在筛管之上,还设计了结构简单的防砂导流罩,实现了气液固分离及固体分离后的储存,保障了煤层气井的正常生产。该技术在现场应用中,年节电量达4.8×104~6.9×104kW·h,节能降耗效果显著。该隔膜泵举升及配套技术适用于大斜度、产水量小及煤粉含量大的煤层气井,可以为煤层气大斜度井的开采提供重要技术支撑。

Abstract:In view of the status that diaphragm pump has not been tested in coalbed methane field at home and abroad, the research on diaphragm pump lifting and supporting technology of CBM well was conducted, the design of surface lifting technology was analyzed, the key technology composition was introduced, and the first successful application in 2 coalbed methane L-type wells in the Qinnan Basin was carried out. At the time of ensuring the downhole three-phase separator of the technology to have the function of gas-liquid separation, the sand settling function was innovatively designed;namely, combined with the working principle and characteristics of diaphragm pump, the sand settling function was innovatively designed on the screen pipe, thereby sand control diversion cover with simple structure was provided, which realizes the gas-liquid-solid separation and storage of solid after separation and ensures the normal production of coalbed methane wells. Field application shows that the annual power saving is about 4.8×104~6.9×104kW·h, and the energy saving and consumption reduction effect is remarkable. This technology is rodless bottom hole pump lifting technology, and it is suitable for coalbed methane wells with high angle, small water production and large coal dust content. The research conclusions provide important technical support for the exploitation of CBM high angle deviated wells.
