摘    要:摘要:钢渣是钢铁生产过程中产生的副产品,产生量大,利用率低,并且熔渣热量几乎没有利用。以熔融钢渣为原料,粉煤灰为调质剂,通过调质电炉补热和离心法成纤制备高酸度系数矿物棉。通过XRF、XRD、SEM、黏度、平均直径、渣球含量、重金属浸出、燃烧性能和放射性核素等分析方法,研究高酸度系数矿物棉的性能。结果表明:粉煤灰调质可以显著提高酸度系数,酸度系数越大,黏度越大,熔炼温度越高,生产能耗越高;制备出酸度系数1.3、1.5、1.7和2.0的矿物棉,平均直径和渣球含量满足国家标准,重金属和放射性核素限量也满足国家标准,属于A级不燃材料。该工艺利用了熔融钢渣的资源和热量,有助于促进钢铁行业的节能减排。

Abstract:Steel slag is a by product produced in steel production process with considerable volume and low utilization rate. Besides, sensible heat contained in molten steel slag was barely utilized. High acidity coefficient mineral wool was prepared by molten steel slag and fly ash. Electric furnace was used to melt the modified slag and centrifugation method was used to prepare mineral wool fibres. Properties of high acidity coefficient mineral wool were studied by XRF, XRD, SEM, viscosity, average diameter, shot content, heavy metal leaching experiment, incombustibility and radionuclide. Acidity coefficient of mineral wool can be significantly improved by fly ash. Vitrified and grade A non combustible mineral wool with acidity coefficient of 1.3, 1.5, 1.7 and 2.0 were prepared. Average diameter and shot content meet the national standards, and heavy metals and radionuclides also meet the national standards. Molten steel slag can be utilized by this method and energy saving and emission reduction of steel industry can be significantly improved.
