广钢高炉喷煤技术进步

摘    要:广钢现有高炉两座 ,其容积分别是 30 0 m3(3号高炉 )和 35 0 m3(4号高炉 )。高炉喷煤工程在 1998年4月投产 ,先后进行了弥补设计缺陷的技术改造和喷吹烟煤、提高制粉量的适应性技术整改 ,有效地提高了制粉能力 (提高近 6 0 % )。同时进行了高炉工艺的技术调整 ,为高炉提高喷吹量创造了条件 ,喷吹量提高 4 0 % ,并取得了煤比逐年提高和 181kg/ t的历史最高月煤比的实绩。实现了不同煤种的混合制粉和混合喷吹 (其中烟煤比例占 6 6 .7% ) ,提高了置换比。广钢高炉喷煤技术取得了较大的进步。

Abstract:GIS has two BFs of 300 m 3(No 3) and 350 m 3(No 4) respectively The PCI system at Guangzhou Steel was put into production in April,1998 By a series of reforms on PCI system, the supply of pulverized coal was increased,the injection of bituminous coal became possible and the system has been operated without medium overhaul or major overhaul for 4 years The PCI rate has been increasing every year,the maximum average monthly PCI rate reached 181 kg/t,mixed pulverized coal injection has been realized,and the rate of bituminous coal reached 66 7 %
