| 摘 要： | 从国民经济角度出发，对防洪工程的经济净现值、经济净年值、经济效益费用比和经济内部收益率等指标进行评价，并以工程实例对有关经济指标进行计算。指出在以后的防洪工程经济评价工作中，除了考虑防洪上程直接效益，还应充分考虑其间接效益，完善现有防洪工程经济效益的计算方法。

| Abstract: | From the angle of national economy,the authors assess the economic indexes of flood protection work such as ENPV,ENAV,EBCR and EIRR etc.,and calculate the indexes of a actual project.It is point out that economic assessment of flood protection work shall not only calculate the direct benefits,but also shall fully take into account the indirect benefits,so as to perfect the evaluation method. |
