摘    要:使用经少量氯铂酸处理过的金属钛板作为基底,采用化学气相沉积法获得多壁碳纳米管。扫描电镜观察表明,经过氯铂酸处理过的钛板比未经过处理的钛板表面粗糙度低,获得的碳纳米管有一定取向性。将这种复合体系用作染料敏化太阳能电池的对电极,制作电池并测量其光电性能。与使用未经处理的多壁碳纳米管/钛板对电极的电池相比,使用经过氯铂酸处理...

Abstract:The multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) were synthesized on titanium plate treated with a small amount of chloro-platinic acid as a substrate by a chemical vapor deposition method.The scanning electron microscope photographs show that the sur-face of chloroplatinic acid-treated titanium plate has a lower roughness than the untreated one,and the carbon nanotubes on the treated one have a better orientation.These MWNTs/Ti systems were used as counter electrodes for dye-sensitized solar cells and the photovol...
