| Abstract: | The principle and steps of push-over analysis method based upon ATC-40 are introduced in this paper. Meanwhile, the method that utilize seismic inelastic spectra and capacity spectrum method to determine target displacement is proposed, which effectively avoid the divergence results in iterative solution process. |
