| 摘 要： | 本文通过对国内同行业连杆生产的工艺的对比，分析配件厂现有Ｄ１１４连杆生产的工艺，找出现有连杆生产中的产量、质量瓶颈，在现有５０００台Ｄ１１４柴油机连杆生产工艺水平的基础上进行工艺摸索，以满足Ｄ１１４柴油机一万台至三万台滚动发展的生产需求。

| Abstract: | ： To compare with the interior same industry's connecting rod producing technology, this article analyzes D114 engine's connecting rod producing technology, of which fittings factory's now has. It finds out the bottleneck of the output, quality in pro- cess of producing connecting rods, and carries on technology study on the basis of 5 000 D114 engine connecting rods' producing technology, to satisfy with the production demand of rolling development from 10 000 to 30 000 D114 engines. |
