不同润滑状态摩擦力矩分形行为研究

摘    要:针对缸套-活塞环磨合过程摩擦力矩的变化特点,提出一种用分形维数描述摩擦力矩信号复杂性的新方法。从工程应用角度介绍摩擦力矩信号盒维数的计算方法,通过试验研究了缸套-活塞环磨合过程中摩擦力矩信号盒维数的变化规律。结果表明:随磨损失重的增加,摩擦力矩信号盒维数呈上升趋势,且在不同的磨损状态下,摩擦力矩信号盒维数上升趋势不同,运用摩擦力矩信号盒维数可有效地评价磨合磨损过程。

Abstract:The paper presents a new method of describing the signal complexity of friction moment using fractal dimension according to the change characteristic of friction moment in the cylinder liner - piston ring running - in process. From the point of view of engineer application, the algorithm of box dimension is introduced. The changing nile of the box dimension of friction moment in the cylinder/piston running - in process is researched by an experiment. The result shows that the box dimension of friction moment signal produces the rising trend, which is different under the different wear conditions along with the wear loss rising. The analysis of running - in process can be realized effectively by using the box dimension feature of friction moment signal.
