摘    要:全面总结了我国新资源食品和食品新资源的研究、开发和管理状况,对新资源食品的概念和范畴进行了进一步剖析。新资源食品不仅能为人类提供优质的营养素,而且其所含功能因子对人类健康具有重要的促进作用。
