内燃机车增压器状态监测与故障诊断装置设计

摘    要:为了实现对内燃机车涡轮增压器的实时监测,及时发现故障进行维护,保障机车安全运用,阐述了一种增压器状态监测和故障诊断装置的设计过程,并在试验台进行了验证,达到了设计要求,今后通过优化升级可作为机车智能诊断系统的组成部分。

Design of Fault Diagnosis Device and State Monitoring for Diesel Locomotive Turbocharger

Abstract:In order to realize the real-time monitoring of the diesel locomotive turbocharger,to detect and maintain the faults in time,and to ensure the safe operation of the locomotive,this paper describes the design process of fault diagnosis device and a turbocharger state monitoring,which has been verifed in the test-bed,and has reached the design requirement.In the future,it can be used as a part of locomotive intelligent diagnosis system by optimizing and upgrading.
