基于涂层技术的三效催化剂性能优化研究综述

摘    要:三效催化剂技术是目前控制汽车尾气排放运用最广泛的技术,而涂层是三效催化剂的关键部分。文章从储氧成分、涂覆方式、涂层厚度等方面列举了国内外关于三效催化剂涂层的研究成果和相关性能改善,总结了一些从涂层角度改善催化剂性能以适应多种燃烧工况的方法,同时也展望了一些关于催化剂涂层材料未来的相关技术应用研究的发展和方向,为制备通用催化剂提供依据。

Abstract:The three-way catalyst technology is currently the most widely used technology for controlling automobile exhaust emissions,and the coating is a key part of the three-way catalyst.The article lists research results and related performance improvements on three-way catalyst coatings at home and abroad in terms of oxygen storage composition,coating method,coating thickness,etc.,and summarizes some improvements in catalyst performance from the perspective of coating to adapt to various combustion conditions.It also prospects the future development and direction of some related technical application research on catalyst coating materials,providing a basis for the preparation of general catalysts.
