| 摘 要： | 高职扩招是国家提升全民学历又一举措,构建多元培养模式有利于高职扩招学员完成学业,提升学历、技能以及适应企业的需求。本文针对高职扩招下制造类专业人才培养所面临问题进行剖析,构建适合高职扩招学员的人才培养模式体系。

| Abstract: | The expansion of higher vocational recruitment is another measure of the country to improve the national education.The construction of multiple training mode is conducive to the expansion of higher vocational students to complete their studies,upgrade their education,skills and adapting to the needs of the business.This paper analyzes the problems faced by the cultivation of manufacturing talents under the expansion of higher vocational college,and builds a talent training model system suitable for the expansion of vocational college students. |
