摘    要:传统的暖通空调领域节能措施着眼于从能源系统、输送系统、空气处理系统、控制系统等方面去提高能源效率,节能效果受到许多因素制约。如果从非能源效率节能思路出发,去提高手术效率、改进手术方式、改变医疗模式、改革医院体系、降低非医疗能耗等,节能途径更多,节能效果更大,可取得多赢的局面。只有从能源效率和非能源效率两方面综合考虑,才能更有效地推动我国医院手术部的节能降耗。

Abstract:The traditional energy saving measures in HVAC field focus on improving energy efficiency from the aspects of energy system, transportation system, air treatment system, control system and so on. The energy saving effect is restricted by many factors. If starting from the idea of non-energy efficiency, and taking measures to improve the efficiency of operation, improve the operation mode, change the medical mode, reform the hospital system and reduce the energy consumption of non-medical treatment, it will find more ways to save energy and achieve greater energy saving effect, thus achieving a win-win situation. Only the comprehensive measures considering from the two aspects of energy efficiency and non-energy efficiency can more effectively promote the energy saving and consumption reduction of the operation department of hospitals in China.
