商用车柴油机排气净化措施研究及展望

摘    要:基于商用车柴油机排放污染物的形成机理,分别研究了机内净化措施及废气后处理系统,以及以HCCI为代表的新型燃烧技术对改善排放带来的影响,并据此进行了展望。即便受到燃料电池等新型动力装置的挑战,但柴油机在未来较长一段时间内,仍将作为商用车主流动力装置而存在,为此,针对商用车柴油机开展的减排措施研究依然具有实际而重要的意义。

Abstract:Based on the formation mechanism of commercial vehicle diesel engine pollutants, the effects of in-machine purification measures and exhaust gas after-treatment systems, and new combustion technologies represented by HCCI on improving emissions are studied, and the prospects are improved accordingly. Even if it is challenged by new power units such as fuel cells, diesel engines will still exist as the mainstream power units for commercial vehicles for a long time to come. For this reason, research on emission reduction measures for commercial vehicle diesel engines is still practical and important significance.
