摘    要:以某型中速大功率柴油机缸盖缸套为研究对象,建立了流固耦合传热模型,利用STAR CCM+和ABAQUS软件完成缸盖、缸套的流固耦合仿真分析,研究了冷却水腔的流场、缸盖、缸套的温度场分布规律,为后续缸盖、缸套的优化设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:In this paper,a fluid-solid coupling heat transfer model of cylinder head and cylinder liner was established by STAR CCM+and ABAQUS software.Through the fluid-solid coupling simulation analysis,the velocity field and temperature field of cylinder head and cylinder liner are studied,which offered reference for optimum design of cylinder head and cylinder liner.
