可变排量机油泵与发动机的匹配方案优化

为最大程度的挖掘可变排量机油泵的节能潜力,本文通过理论推导并结合台架试验数据得出了曲轴轴颈随转速的需求曲线,并以此为依据,对二级变量泵的匹配策略进行了调整,使之在中低转速区间的节能效果得到进一步提升。并且,通过对比发现在特定使用条件下二级变量泵有着超过多级可变机油泵的性价比。

Optimization of Matching Scheme Between Variable Displacement Oil Pump and Engine

In order to maximize the energy-saving potential of variable displacement oil pump,this paper obtains the demand curve of crankshaft journal with rotation speed through theoretical derivation and combined with bench test data.Based on this curve,the matching strategy of the two-stage variable displacement pump is adjusted to further improve the energy-saving effect in the low and medium speed range.In addition,it is found that the two-stage variable displacement pump has more cost performance than the multi-stage variable displacement pump under the specific conditions of use.
