摘    要:随着国家国六排放法规(简称“国六”)的发布,对燃油车辆的蒸发系统排放量提出了更严格的要求。作为燃油系统中的重要部件——碳罐,需要释放更多的燃油蒸汽到发动机中燃烧以减少污染油汽的排放。因此,越来越多带涡轮增压的车辆将文丘里管安装到空滤干净管上,通过文丘里管的脱附效应来提高车辆的碳罐脱附量。本文主要针对文丘里管在空气滤清器干净管侧的设计进行研究,主要包括干净管安装文丘里管后对其气流的影响,以及文丘里管在干净管上的导入方式产生的效果。研究表明,文丘里管对空滤干净管来讲整体的气体压力损失影响较小。在文丘里位置选择时应尽量避免选在流速较高的拐弯处,对文丘里的脱附比以及空滤干净侧的速度均匀度会产生一定的影响,为文丘里管设计提供经验性的参考。

Abstract:With the release of the national emissions regulations,more stringent requirements have been imposed on the evaporation system emissions of fuel vehicles.As an important part of the fuel system-the carbon tank-more fuel vapor needs to be released into the engine for combustion to reduce emissions of polluting oil vapor.As a result,more and more vehicles with turbocharging are attaching venturi tubes to air filter cleaners to increase the amount of carbon tank desorption in the vehicle through the desorption effect of venturi tubes.This paper investigates the design of venturi tubes on the clean tube side of air filters,mainly covering the effect of the installation locations of a venturi tube on the airflow of the clean tube and the effect of the way the venturi is introduced on the clean tube.The study shows that the venturi tube has a small effect on the overall total pressure loss of the air filter clean system.However,it suggests the location of the venturi pipe needs to avoid installing near the bending area with high velocity in the air cleaner duct,which will reduce the purge efficiency of venturi tube and the velocity uniformity of clear side duct.This study provides an empirical reference for the venturi tube design.
