渗吸驱油型清洁压裂液技术研究

摘    要:为实现低渗透油藏"压裂施工-渗吸驱油"一体化开发,室内成功开发出渗吸驱油型压裂液R60。该体系基于黏弹性表面活性剂,具有良好的增黏、交联性能,可以实现在线混配连续施工;压裂液在50℃、170 s-1下黏度大于35 mPa·s,与长8原油间的界面张力可达到3.4×10-3mN/m,能将亲油岩石表面的润湿性向亲水方向转变,岩心静态渗吸驱油效率达到35.64%,显示出良好的静态渗吸驱油效果。本实验研究结果,为进一步提高低渗透油藏增产改造效果提供新的实验支撑。

Abstract:A new imbibition oil displacement modle of fracturing fluid system R60 was studied aiming at improving the low permeability reservoirs. The new fracturing fluid system has good viscosity and gelling properties which can realize on-line mixture treatment. The viscosity is 35 mPa·s at 50 ℃,170 s-1 and the interfacial tension between water solution and Chang 8 oil is 3.4×10-3 mN/m, it can turns the rock wettability form oil wet to water wet and the static imbibition oil displacement ratio is up to 35.64 %.The results of R60 system give us a new theory of reservoir simulation.
