某汽油机连杆断裂失效分析

摘    要:某汽油机在进行断油转速试验时发生连杆断裂的失效故障。通过断口分析和逻辑推理,找到了失效原因,即连杆螺栓孔尾端存在非全螺纹,极限尺寸情况,螺栓孔的非全螺纹跟螺栓的全螺纹存在啮合的可能,非全螺纹啮合引起螺纹干涉和应力集中,从而导致连杆的疲劳断裂。改进方案通过FEA计算和试验验证,为其他连杆设计提供借鉴。

Abstract:A gasoline engine con-rod was broken during the cut off speed test.Through fracture analysis and logical reasoning root cause was found.Incomplete thread existed in con-rod bolt hole.Under limit-situation the incomplete thread interfered with the full thread of the bolt which caused stress concentration and led to the fatigue failure of the con-rod.The improved design passed the FEA calculation and dyno-tests.This case can be referenced for other con-rod design.
