摘    要:针对某汽油机镶圈活塞的镶圈出现粘结废品率高的情况,通过CT及金相微观检测,确定机加工过程中的撕裂缺陷是导致镶圈粘结的主要原因。对机加工的各个工序进行综合分析对比,得出粗车外圆工序对镶圈的粘结质量影响较大,对粗车外圆工序加工方法进行改进,使得镶圈粘结废品率降低了约35%,有效地解决了汽油机镶圈活塞镶圈粘结废品率高的问题,可为镶圈活塞的机械加工提供参考。

Abstract:In view of the high waste rate of a gasoline engineering carrier piston,through CT and metallographic microscopic examination,it is determined that the defect of ring carrier bond is mainly a tear defect caused by machining.Through the comprehensive analysis of each working procedure of machining,it is concluded that the process of rough machining outer circle has a great influence on the bonding quality of the ring.By changing the manufacturing method of the ring in this process,the bonding waste rate of the ring is reduced by about 35%.The problem of high bonding waste rate of gasoline engine ring carrier piston is effectively solved,which provides a reference for the machining of gasoline engine ring carrier piston.
