摘    要:汽油发动机的发展推动着发动机技术的更新迭代,从早期的单缸发动机到现在多缸发动机,控制技术越来越先进,也越来越智能化,解决发动机燃烧排放问题后,但仍然有许多技术难题亟待解决,发动机在未正式点火燃烧的情况下提前使得混合气体燃烧,此种非常规着火现象称为早燃,诸多学者对早燃现象及早燃的原因做了分析及研究,早燃的诱发因素有机油液滴、沉积颗粒物、燃烧温度等[1],早燃的危害也不言而喻。陈志豪等[2]通过对多组燃烧循环样本取样,统计每组燃烧循坏中释放率为10%时曲轴转角(CA10),此相位就作为燃烧开始的着火时刻。因此结合多位学者的研究思路,我们分析早燃的影响因素,原因及早燃的危害,从而提出喷油器优化设计在早燃过程中的作用,从而为早燃控制提供一定的思路。

Abstract:The development of gasoline engines promotes the iteration of engine technology. From the early horizontal bar engine to the current multi-cylinder engine, the control technology is becoming more advanced and more intelligent. After solving the problem of engine combustion emissions, there are still many technical problems. It is urgent to solve the problem that the engine burns the mixed gas in advance without formal ignition and combustion. This unconventional ignition phenomenon is called pre-ignition. Many scholars have analyzed and studied the pre-ignition phenomenon and the causes of pre-ignition. Organic oil droplets, sediment particles, combustion temperature, etc.[1], the danger of premature combustion is self-evident. Chen Zhihao[2] and others sampled multiple sets of combustion cycle samples and counted the crank angle(CA10) when the release rate of each group in the combustion cycle was 10%. This phase was used as the ignition time of the combustion start. Ideas, this article analyzes the influencing factors, causes and hazards of preignition, and proposes the role of the optimal design of the injector in the process of preignition, so as to provide a certain idea for the control of preignition.
