摘    要:基于某电动跑车平台车身主体结构,设计了一种基于型材结构的纵梁前段连接件方案,进行了碰撞性能仿真分析,结果表明型材结构形式简单,能够满足碰撞性能要求,且能够实现满意的轻量化效果,证明型材结构是一种可行的纵梁前段连接件方案。

Abstract:Based on the major body structure of certain electric sports car platform,a structure scheme using section bar for the front segment connection of the longitudinal beam is designed.Through the simulation analysis of collision performance,it is shown that the new structure scheme using section bar has many advantages,such as simple structure,meeting the collision performance requirements,realizable and satisfied lightweight effect.It is proved that the new structure scheme using section bar is realizable for the front segment connection of the longitudinal beam.
