海上油田回注水悬浮固体含量检测方法的研究

摘    要:重量法检测油田注水悬浮固体含量对实验室条件要求苛刻,大部分海上采油平台不具备理想的测试环境,本文对分光光度法检测悬浮固体含量的方法进行研究,分别针对悬浮固体含量、铁离子含量、含油量三个因素对分光光度法检测悬浮固体含量的影响进行研究,并对海上油田三种常见注水标准,进行分光光度法检测悬浮固体含量影响实验。实验表明,采用分光光度法检测注水悬浮固体含量相对标准偏差<4%,其误差明显小于在海上平台使用重量法测量悬浮固体含量产生的偏差。

Abstract:The method of measuring suspended solid content in oilfield water injection by gravimetric method is demanding for the laboratory conditions,and most offshore production platforms do not have ideal testing environment.This paper studies the method of measuring suspended solid content by spectrophotometer method,the influence of suspended solid content,iron ion content and oil content on the spectrophotometer detection of suspended solid content is studied,and three common water injection standards for offshore oilfield are analyzed,to perform a spectrophotometer impact test for suspended solids.The test results show that the relative standard deviation of the suspended solid content measured by the spectrophotometer is less than 4%,which is obviously less than that by the gravimetric method on the offshore platform.
