高温油藏表面活性剂乳化驱油体系研究

摘    要:针对油藏渗透率为254 mD,油藏温度为104℃,地层水矿化度为26 376 mg/L,钙镁离子含量为439 mg/L的油藏条件,研究优化了表面活性剂乳化驱油体系OS-3,当体系质量浓度为0.3%时,表面活性剂乳化体系可将油水界面张力降低至10-2mN/m;在含水率为70%时乳状液黏度达到最大值为308.9 m Pa·s;将岩石润湿性由亲油变为亲水;采收率较水驱提高24%以上。

Abstract:In view of the reservoir conditions with permeability of 254 mD,reservoir temperature of 104℃,formation water salinity of 26376 mg/L,and calcium and magnesium ion content of 439 mg/L,it optimized the surfactant emulsion flooding system OS-3.The oil-water interfacial tension can be reduced to 10-2mN/m by the surfactant emulsion system when the content of surfactant is 0.3%.The maximum viscosity of the emulsion is 308.9 mPa·s when the water content is 70%,and the wettability of the rock is changed from lipophilic to hydrophilic.The recovery factor is 24 percentage points higher than that of water flooding.
