淮河干流蚌埠至浮山河段河床演变预测

摘    要:淮河干流蚌埠至浮山河段行洪区调整和建设工程是进一步治淮38项工程之一,治理后的河床稳定性问题是工程成败的关键。以非均匀不平衡输沙理论为基础,运用水沙数学模型,系统分析了工程实施后未来30年的河道冲淤演变及水位变化。研究表明,蚌浮段河道年际间呈冲淤交替变化,一般丰水年多表现为冲刷,枯水年多表现为淤积,冲淤相抵后累计表现为微冲,总冲刷量为128万m^3。随着河床刷深,河道沿程各节点控制水位有所降低,在设计洪水条件下吴家渡站30年后水位降幅为0.18 m。若同时考虑规划中冯铁营引河的影响,蚌浮段河道的冲刷量和水位降低的幅度还会进一步增加。

Abstract:It is one of the 38 projects to further regulate the Huaihe river for the establishment and adjustment of the flood-detention basin from Bengbu to Fushan in the main stream of Huaihe River.The stability of the riverbed after the treatment is an important requirement.Based on the theory of non-equilibrium transport of nonuniform suspended sediment,the mathematical model of water and sediment was used to systematically analyze the river scour and deposition as well as the variation of water level after the implementation of the project in the next 30 years.The result shows that the alternation of river erosion and deposition will occur in the river channel.Usually,scour occurs in relative major floods and deposition occurs in relative smaller floods.The overall performance is micro-erosion with an erosion quantity of 1.28 million m^3.Meanwhile,with the bed scour,the flood levels at each node along the reach will be lower.Under the designed flood conditions,the water level at Wujiadu Station will reduce by 0.18 m after 30 years.Considering the influence of Fengtieying diversion channel,the river scour quantity and the water level drawdown from Bengbu to Fushan reach will further increase.
