硬质合金成形铣刀的CAD系统及其切削试验研究

摘    要:介绍了硬质合金成形铣刀CAD/CAM系统的原理,采用对比的方法,研究了硬质舍金成形与高速钢成型铣刀的综合性能,证明硬质合金成形铣刀的切削性能比高速钢成形铣刀的切削性能优越,为硬质合金成形铣刀CAD/CAM技术应用于生产实践奠定了基础。

Abstract:This article introduces the principles of the hard alloy shaped mildly cuter CAD/CAM system, through adopting contrast method, studies the comprehensive function of hard alloy shaping and high speed steel shaped mildly cutter, proves the cutting function of the hard alloy shaped mildly cutteris better than that of high speed steel. It also establishes a foundation for this technology used producing practice.
