摘 要: | 在研究结构反应注射成型(SRIM)化学体系的基础上,以玻璃纤维毡片为增强剂,预先配制在模具中,然后进行反应注射成型的新技术-SRIM技术,研究制备了氨酯改性聚异氰脲酸酯(PU-PI)增强塑料(SRIMPU-PI)。

Abstract: | In this paper,PU PI SRIM reinforced plastics were prepared by strcture Reaction Injection Molding (SRIM) With the basis of studying on SRIM chemistry system and SRIM technology performance.The properties of the prepared SRIM plastics were also studied and the results showed that their mechanical properties and thermal stability were greatly improved by introducing glass fiber mat(s) to RIM polymer.SRIM process was capable of making high strength plastics with excellent thermal properties,and these SRIM PU PI plastics were expected to find uses as structure materials. |
