| 摘 要： | 数学素质是数学素养与数学能力的辩证统一。数学能力为骨，数学素养为肉，合为一体，构成数学素质教育。数学素质是大学数学教育的灵魂。在大学数学教学中，需要在教学理念、教学目标、教学内容、教学方法及教学手段等方面不断创新，以培养适应21世纪需要的创新型人才。
