压电陶瓷风扇的研制

摘    要:研制了一种有别于传统风扇的新型压电陶瓷风扇。该风扇是根据压电陶瓷的逆压电效应,在驱动电路交变电场的驱动下,直接带动叶片产生弯曲谐振,从而由片端向前方输出高速、平稳的气流,对冷却对象直接进行冷却。通过对关键材料研制、驱动电路设计,取得了前期测试数据,并对结果进行了初步分析和讨论,得出了一些对下步研制具有指导意义的结论。

Abstract:A new type piezoelectric ceramic fan different from traditional fans was developed. Based on the theory of anti-piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramic, the AC electric field of driving circuit directly drives the vane to make curving syntony, which makes the forepart forwards output speedy and stable current to cool the object. Through the research of key materials and the design of driving circuit, the previous testing data were obtained, the results were analyzed and discussed finally. It was came to the conclusions that are instructional for the next research.
