| 摘 要： | 本文根据三槽变螺距凸轮的测绘，指出易损部位并对其参数进行计算，剖析了传动齿数与螺旋升角的关系，并提出设计一套专用装置，装配在普通精密铣床上．通过控制以实现复杂零件加工的方法．此方法具有成本低、加工精确、易操作，运动方便等特点．

| Abstract: | Based on the survey of the cam of three through changing ditches,easily -damaged position is pointed and the relativen parameters are calculated, and the relation between the teeth of transmission gear and the spiral climb angle is analysed.The meanwhile a set of special equipment is proposed to be designed and fixed and fixed on an accurate miller for complex parts.This method is proved to lead to such advantages as low cost.the accurate manufactrue and easy operation. |
