摘    要:结合陕西华山化工集团复肥厂130 kt/a磷酸二铵(DAP)和100 kt/a磷酸一铵(MAP)装置的生产特点,介绍了其中主要的磷酸、氟硅酸和硫酸类腐蚀介质及影响其腐蚀性的因素,阐述不锈钢材料316L的耐腐蚀性能,并从磷酸磷铵生产工艺角度重点评述了316L的使用情况.

Abstract:With reference to the production features of the 130 kt/a diammonium phosphate(DAP)and the 100 kt/a monoammonium phosphate(MAP)of the Compound Fertilizer Factory of Shanxi Huashan Chemical Group Corp.,main corrosive media as phosphoric acid,fluorosilicic acid and sulfuric acid and factors which influence their corrosivity are outlined,the corrosion resistant property of the 316L stainless steel material is described,and the application of 316L from the perspective of production process of phosphoric acid and ammonium phosphate is particularly studied.
