发动机缸盖CAPP系统非几何特征信息自动获取研究

摘    要:在汽车发动机缸盖CAPP系统开发中,利用Pro/Toolkit对Pro/E进行了二次开发,实现了产品材料与加工特征精度信息的提取。利用EX—PRESS语言将产品的非几何信息自动写入CAPP系统的底层Oracle数据库。对汽车发动机缸盖CAD/CAPP系统数据共享问题进行了探求。

Abstract:In the integration of CAD/CAPP/CAMsystem, the share of product's non -- geometry informa-tion (such as size tolerances, geometry tolerances, posi-tion tolerance, roughness and material's property) isvery important. In the Engine five--valve cylinder headCAPP system development, the application program in-terface (API) of Pro/Engineer, Pro/Toolkit, was usedto extract the product feature model's tolerances and ma-terial information. And the product's tolerance informa-tion and the material's property were then imported intothe CAPP system based on Oracle DBMS using the EX-PRESS language.
